Unless otherwise specified at the time of your purchase,  all orders are processed within 2-3 business days.   In the unlikely event that any delays unexpectedly occur after your order is received, we will contact you within the processing time, to explain the details of the delay and provide options to proceed with your order. 

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days.  If you are ordering from a remote location or during unexpected carrier interruptions, your order may be delayed passed this timeframe.  You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been received by one of our trusted delivery partners.   Please feel free to reach out to us by email at info@atelierallume.ca with any questions about existing orders.  For bulk orders of more than 12 candles, contact us for supply and discount details.
